Immigration fees change on 6 April 2010:

On 6 April 2010, immigration application fees change and, in most cases, increase. If you make your application on or after 6 April 2010, make sure you use the latest version of the application form on the UK Border Agency website and pay the correct fee.
The Tier 4 application fee for entry clearance increases from £145 to £199. The fee for extensions stays the same for postal applications (£357) but increases from £565 to £628 if you apply under the premium service at a public enquiry office. The fee for a dependant who applies at the same as you to stay in the UK increases from £50 to £80 for a postal application and to £107 for an application at a public enquiry office.
